It is time for the census and I am extremely excited by this question.
What should we put in to be read by our grandchildren/historians of the future/no one at all? I can’t see much useful longitudinal data being generated; I’d say the statisticians put it in through gritted teeth. Although this year marks the 100th anniversary of the foundation of the State so maybe they got carried away?
Suggestions welcome.

Oh, I absolutely LOVE this. What an absolute treasure trove for future generations – especially as it has to be handwritten. Like finding an old diary or a cache of letters. Let the statisticians fume, this is an act of genius.

It is fun. Someone suggested putting in as much about your ancestors as you know to help family historians in the future.

Surely a (handwritten) link to your blog and an explanation of how it started and why it continues. Family members can provide their thoughts on being included and state their support or disapproval of the whole project.
So much more interesting than the number of windows in my great great grandparents home.

Mmm, but in 100 years will the internet even be a thing? Not sure, still pondering away and next weekend is the date for completion.
