Some time ago, Michael wrote to the Science Gallery thus:
I bought the box with your bubbles and I thought that it would have coloured bubbles but they were ordinary bubbles. I mean I can get bubbles from everyday things. I spent €4.50 on it and I am very disappointed.

Some time later well after he had forgotten that he sent the message, they replied:
Hi Michael
I am very sorry it has taken us so long to respond to your complaint.
I understand that you are disappointed with our Colour Bubble Lab. I would be very happy for you to come in and replace it with something else of the same value. Hopefully you will find something much better this time. If you can’t get in easily please feel free to look on our website and pick something new. If you email me the details I will send it on to your address.
