Hypnotherapy can be really effective for both fertility issues and also for childbirth (and in both cases, both parents can benefit from it), but it’s not often that hypnotherapists get credit in the national press for their involvement in the birth of a child!

my hypnotherapy training for childbirth was utterly useless. There was no diverting from my pain. I say “charlatans”- though, obviously, if it works for thers then brilliant.
